Use the Radhoc support contact published in your beta, TestFlight, Play testing, or app-store communication. The official public support address will be added here before external beta.
What support can help with
Support can help with account access, deletion requests, privacy questions, safety concerns, abuse reports, invite problems, and basic troubleshooting.
Privacy-safe requests
Do not send OTP codes, invite codes, raw contact books, message bodies, precise location, child data, or provider secrets. Support may ask for a user id, plan id, notification id, or error timestamp when that is enough to investigate.
Account deletion
Signed-in users should delete their account from the app when possible. If you cannot sign in, use support for help with the public deletion request path.
