Delete account

Radhoc supports account deletion from the signed-in app. A public deletion request path is also required for people who cannot access the app.

In-app deletion

Signed-in users should delete their account from profile or settings once the mobile app is available. The active session is revoked during deletion.

Request help

If you cannot sign in, use the current Radhoc support path from your beta or app-store communication. Do not send invite codes, OTP codes, or private meetup details unless support asks for a specific non-sensitive identifier.

What deletion does

Deletion revokes sessions, removes devices and push tokens, deletes user-owned contacts and notifications, removes active plan access, and tombstones shared history so other participants do not lose their meetup records.
